Our stay was highlighted by the superb pool area and a hearty breakfast, creating wonderful family bonding moments. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout.

The room we received was stifling hot and lacked air conditioning, making sleep challenging at times. a minor incident with a waitress dampened our dining experience.

Remarkable stay with stunning views

I spent my days in a premium double room with breathtaking views of the Kitzbüheler Horn, which were a joy to wake up to every morning. The ambiance in the hotel is charming, with a beautifully renovated lounge and terrace dining that enhances the meals with picturesque scenery. The culinary experience was a standout, with exceptional flavors during the five-course dinner that showcased local ingredients. My nights were serene despite minor disturbances in the vicinity, which could be better managed.

Pool temperature could be improved for comfort.

My stay wasn't without its challenges. The room was stifling hot, and despite efforts to cool it down, there was noise from the restaurant below that disrupted sleep. I had to swap to a new room, but even then, the absence of a shower made things tricky. Plus, breakfast was sometimes hit-or-miss, with overcooked eggs that could've used more attention. a mixed bag for sure, but there’s good potential here for improvement.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and an indoor swimming pool. I remember the staff helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. The reception team is genuinely helpful. I recommend trying the restaurant for its delightful buffet breakfast. I'm coming back for another trip!

The hotel features a splendid pool area with a well-maintained sauna and excellent water quality, perfect for families. Breakfast offers a delightful variety, particularly with attentive service bringing coffee to your table. the pool temperature was a bit chilly for winter use, and the absence of a jacuzzi is a drawback. While the location is excellent, with many dining options nearby, the staff could benefit from enhanced training to improve guest interactions.
